I am certainly aware of the many food intolerances that people struggle with today.
For some, treating it and finding relief is the best solution. For others, they choose to find out what ails them and then create a lifestyle of avoiding those triggers. Both are totally acceptable ways to go and I am happy to offer “just testing” if someone prefers.
That being said, finding a great spot to eat can be a challenge if you stay away from things like dairy or refined sugar, or attempt to be 100% organic in your eating choices.
